Introduction Classes

Perfect for beginners, or maybe you just want a little tune-up! We focus on form, alignment, and fundamentals. Build a strong foundation so that you can get the most out of your workouts as you progress. All fitness levels welcome.


Class will be focused on perfecting the level 1 techniques acquired in the Introduction class and introducing Level 2 movements.

Class will be tailored to attending clients ability and needs.
All levels are welcomed.


For those that have mastered form and alignment, these advanced movements will focus on the deep mind-body connection allowing for growth in your practice of precision and coordination. *Requires prior approval of instructor.
